History of Excellence

More than four generations ago, the founder "Cap" Saurage crafted the signature dark roast coffee. This unique blend is a testament to the rich heritage and unwavering commitment to quality.

Distinctive Dark Roast

The special blend is roasted to a dark level, which brings out a rich, smooth flavor. This process enhances the natural elements of the coffee, resulting in a deep chocolate profile that is both distinctive and delightful.

Master Roasters at Work

Our master roasters play a crucial role in achieving the perfect roast level. Their expertise ensures the consistency of this deliciously complex coffee, making it a favorite choice for coffee lovers today.
